- On my company LAN, there is a yellow icon in the middle of the bottom of the Collaber windows saying "Unable to connect to Collaber live server. Check your network configuration." I checked that my Internet access is running well.
- On another open connexion (not on my company LAN), I do not have the issue, the same icon is green, indicating "Connected and synchronising with Collaber live server"
Do you know any configuration to be made to overcome this issue ? I cannot of course modify any company LAN parameter. And I suspect a firewall or proxy issue.
Groove is working in both cases
Collaber requires a direct
Collaber requires a direct connection to the Collaber Server through port 7790. I suspect you have a proxy in that company. Collaber as of now does not work with any proxies.
