In this global market of increasing values, we know how expensive it is to arrange a meeting. Especially a small scale business may not be able to afford a meeting which is profitable just half the amount of the cost invested on the meeting. So here on request of our Collaber users we introduce a solution for it with new “Meetings Tool” in Collaber to save your money and time as well. All the predefined actions like preparing meeting agenda, fixing time, informing participants, when the meeting starts, how much time does it take, forming actions etc might have been done using pencils, pens, and papers. From now start using Collaber 'Meetings Tool' which makes your work easier and much efficient than before.
In our 'Meetings tool' we have all the necessary features to schedule a meeting. List of Topics, Agenda, Attendees, Actions, and Minutes, we provide you all these with just one click. Just as a general particle meeting arrange a virtual meeting using these features.
Topics – Before organizing a new meeting, have a glance at the list of meetings already arranged.
Agenda – For any meeting agenda plays the vital role. Fill up the details like start date, end date, location, time and some description about it along with the required attachments for the meeting.
Attendees – This gives the list of participates for the meeting, how much time was taken by them in that particular meeting.
Minutes – Total minutes taken by the attendees will be provided in the Minutes page.
Actions – Here we find the status of the meeting. By whom and when it was started, the subject, the priority, if any attachments and all the details will be shown in the actions page.
Start your meetings in Collaber with its 1st release of 'Meetings Tool' very soon. If any other features required please let us know and we will be back with them in the next version. Keep visiting the forum for the updates on this tool.
NOTE: “Release date of this tool is not yet decided. We will announce again when it is ready for beta testing.”
