A tool to provide a structure for capturing minutes of a meeting would be useful.
Topic, Agenda, Attendees, Date, Time, Duration, Actions, Comments
I may have missed a few but these would be useful.

.... and based on Actions you can assign tasks in the Task tool! Plus, you can create events\deadlines in the Calendar tool... That way meetings become productive again...
