(Files Tool)
Trying to access any of the files I placed in the files tool prior to the 1.1.27 update, I recieve the message "" downloading process is not completed yet. Files which were added more recently, after the update, seem (I have only one of these) to work fine.

This happens with both large and small files, and I can see in my network monitor that Collaber is not downloading anything beyond pinging the relay server.

This happens on all four systems we have installed the client on.

Is there a fix for this? Do I need to recreate the files tool tree?

Can you send us a feedback

Can you send us a feedback along with log files from your Collaber Client? Most probably we will be able to fix the problem and you will get the files back.
