New Collaber user - and its going well.
I am trying to set things up but I am not sure If I should put my files in the "File Tool" or "Shared Folder." My boss and I need to both be able to see and edit the files.

File tool does not depend on
File tool does not depend on file in your disk. Shared Folder will synchronize directly to your disk. But revisions are not available in shared folder.
So if you want revisions then go for File Tool.
