I paid for an upgrade from tial professional to enterprise. Not access to download Enterpise Edition
* The money was drawn from my paypal account.
* Mail to Collaber support is not responed
* Call is not picked up
* Mail is not answered
Anyone out there who know the CURRENT situation regarding Collaber, since web site is up, money collection is working, but all the rest customer needs is down?
I also see that all posted items on blogs and forums are old - seems like no living community.

As you have paid for the Enterprise version, we have assumed that you got answer to your question which you asked in customer support mail.
Regarding downloading enterprise version, there is no difference between normal version and emterprise version. But you will have control over how the users are created and how you can manage them.
Once you login to website, you will have ability to create new users. Let us know if you have any problem with it.
Collaber is not closed down. There are many paid users and it is working fine for them.
How about the relays? I have
How about the relays? I have had no response or updates in 24hrs. I cannot trace to relay.collaber.com and it times out in Seattle.
Is there a problem or not. We were evaluating this for purchase but no answers or replies makes that a tough assignment for me to pitch to my bosses.

Collaber does not depend on relay.collaber.com. Make sure that you are downloading and using latest version of desktop client.
