Contacts

With Collaber having in touch with all your contacts is very easy. Built in public directory enables you to search and add any contact. You can see the status of all your contacts in contact list. You can change your status, and Collaber will remember all your previous custom status settings. Context menu on any contact will show all possible actions you can take on a contact.

Adding contacts is easy

Contacts can be added just by clicking on "Add Contact" icon on the contact view. You can search the contact from “Known Collaber contacts” or “Collaber directory” for the contacts to be added.

Invite friends from other accounts

Now Collaber makes it easy to share your project work with your colleagues, pictures and files with your friends located in different places with different accounts. You can invite your friends from yahoo, AOL, hotmail, MSN, Gmail, Outlook, Linkedin etc.. and make your interaction much more easier.

Alerts

You can enable or disable alerts. Alert can be set when the user status is changed. You can configure alerts as you want. Different alert options can be choosen like auto dispose alert, normal alert and sound alert.
