Collaber Beta v1.1.23 released

Noteworthy changes :

1. Collaber now uses Eclipse 3.4. All basic plugins are upgraded.
2. Contains Built in XULRunner 1.8.13. No need to install it specifically on any platform.
3. Collaber now does not depend on platform specific browser.(IE, Firefox, Safari etc)
4. HTML Editor component used for Chat, Message, Discussion, Notepad, Wiki etc is much improved now.
5. Default font size is increased on all platforms. Now it is easy to read/edit text.
6. Many bug fixes in all tools.
7. Improved startup speed by lazy loading of data.
8. Uploading and Downloading speed is improved by eliminating unnecessary re-connections.
9. Support for communicating with users in other servers is added.
10. New IM window is improved with Status, History features.
11. All IM conversations are now stored.
