After intalling v1.1 I

After intalling v1.1 I cannot login anymore.

Moreover, looking at this post I read that Collaber is no longer P2P and requires a server. Is that right and would that explain why I can't use my previous username? If so I think it's a great loss of functionality because the beauty of it was for me the absence of server.

You are not able to use

You are not able to use previous login because Collaber 1.1 is not compatible with previous versions. You have to import a new account from the server. Server is live and running. To create an account in server all you need to do is to login to this website.

After you login to this website, run your collaber, click "Import Account" in the login dialog box, and enter your username and password.

Anyway we suggest you to read this first.

You can still use Collaber when not connected to Server. Actually the changes from P2P to server is not at all visible to users.  There is no way the functionality is reduced. Actually Server based environment allows us to create Web/Mobile based collaber.
